Fourwalls has been supplying Land Registry compliant lease plans for the past 20 years. All plans are fully compliant with the Land Registry Practice Guide 40, which requires; drawing plans to a recognised metric scale, providing enough detail for the property to be identified on the Ordnance Survey map, showing the demised area within the building and the building within the context of its surroundings.

Plans can be provided in a number of different formats dependent on the application, including but not limited to:

  • Leasehold Plans
  • Freehold Title Plans
  • Boundary Disputes
  • Estate Plans
  • Conveyance Plans

Our Land Registry and Freehold/Leasehold Plans service offers national coverage, with a network of more than 100 surveyors across the country. Once we receive your order, our local surveyor will get in touch with you to arrange a convenient time to inspect the property.

After the appointment has gone ahead, we will then send you a draft copy of your lease plans and upon approval, we will send you the scaled PDF copy of the final lease plan drawings.

We aim to carry out each survey within three working days of receiving the instruction and send draft plans within four working days of the appointment, however a next day survey service is available for an additional fee.

Alternatively, if you have a previous estate agent plan, we are always happy to check over it to see if it can be adapted and converted into a compliant plan.
